ITD Cementation - Board to consider dividend

ITD Cementation India has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 05, 2009, inter alia, to consider the Annual Accounts and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended December 31, 2008.
