Nifty, Sensex end with small gains, IT top gainer
What can be called as ranged trading, once again the Indian stocks markets closed with very small gains,
In low volumes day the NSE CNX Nifty traded below 2800 level most part of the day and closed at 2789.65 with gains of 13 points, BSE Sensex closed at 9042 up by 27 points.
IT sector stocks looked better in today markets and had good run, stocks like TCS, WIPRO,INFOSYS all closed in green. The IT index closed up by 2.45% Infosys closed at 1208 up by 2.55%, Wipro closed at 220.35 up by 5.33%, and TCS closed at 489 up by 1.82%
Top gainers in today’s markets other than IT stocks are Idea Cellular up by 3.67%, Nalco up by 3.36%, and Siemens up by 3.35%.
Among big loser in today markets Hindalco down by 3.61% and ABB down by 2.95%. And the both the realty stocks in index were among the loser and closed lower.
